Based in both Lake and Summit Counties, our company has completed construction projects all across Northeast Ohio. Scott Chaloupka Home Improvement has served homeowners in the Cleveland and Akron areas for over 20 years. As business grew, Chaloupka Custom Homes was born, led by Scott’s son, Ryan.

Over the years, we’ve honed not just our craft, but also our talent for communicating with clients. With two generations of construction experience, we know how to make our clients’ homebuilding or remodeling experience one that is exciting and enjoyable. We tirelessly work to ensure that our clients make the building decisions that work best for them – not our margins.

Ryan Chaloupka resides in Kirtland Hills, Ohio with his fiancée Maryann and their ten animals. Along with his love for building, he dedicates his time to his small farm along Maryann’s side.

Scott Chaloupka is the proud father of three children – Adam, Evan, and Ryan. He is a dedicated husband of 31 years to the love of his life, Linda. Together, they reside in Northfield Center, Ohio.
